Our team of somewhere around 600 team members, working across 24 Midwestern locations, is a diverse bunch that shares an unusual commitment. A commitment to members, communities and six core values. But we’re not too serious to have a good time while we’re doing it —whether by holding a highly competitive chili cook-off fundraiser or a holiday decorating contest among departments.
